Travel During COVID-19

As we begin to emerge from the pandemic, we still must be vigilant in our practices in order to keep our students and chaperons safe.  Based on what we know now, these are the protocols that will be in place for our 2023 Program.

*All students must be fully vaccinated and show proof of a Covid 19 Vaccination in order to participate. (while boosters are recommended, they are not required).  In order to create the safest situation possible for our students and adults,  neither exemptions or negative tests will be accepted.

* CDC Guidelines will be followed for travel and sightseeing.

*Students and Chaperons will be required to wear an acceptable mask if required at any location or activity.

*Temperatures and symptoms will be monitored regularly

* Group will travel on dedicated tour buses used ONLY by the group.

*Social Distancing and frequent hand washing will be encouraged each day as is practical.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW ANY COVID 19 PROTOCOL WILL RESULT IN THE STUDENT BEING SENT HOME EARLY FROM THE TRIP WITH PARENTS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS.
